  • Request Process: Clients wishing to cancel their digital marketing services must submit a written request via email to support@smartpvt or through their client account dashboard.
  • Notice Period: A minimum notice of 7 days prior to the next billing cycle is required for cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the next cycle
  • Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing.

1.2 Project-Based Services

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation Terms:For project-based services, cancellations requested after project commencement may incur fees based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total project cost or based on the agreed-upon hourly rate, whichever applies.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Initial Consultations & Strategy Sessions:Fees for initial consultations or strategy sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • Monthly Retainers:Refunds for monthly retainer fees are not provided for the current billing cycle if cancellation occurs after services have commenced.
  • Prepaid Packages:Refunds for prepaid service packages will be prorated based on the unused portion of the package, less any applicable fees for services rendered.

2.2 Conditions for Refunds

  • Service Non-Delivery:If we are unable to deliver the services as outlined in the service agreement or due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the extent of non-delivery .
  • Service Performance:Refunds based on dissatisfaction with service performance must be supported by evidence of non-compliance with the agreed-upon deliverables. We reserve the right to attempt to rectify the issue before considering a refund.
  • Prepaid PackagesTechnical Issues:In the event of technical issues that prevent the delivery of services, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the extent of the disruption.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Submission of Request:Clients must submit a refund request in writing, detailing the reason for the request, and include any relevant supporting documentation.
  • Review Process:All refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 7 business days of receipt. Clients will be notified of the outcome via email.
  • Refund Method:Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

4. Changes to this Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
